Balancing on the Edge

To balance a boulder, I was told, requires less strength than I imagined. The forces of gravity and the stone's inert mass take care of themselves and may only need a nudge. The difficulty for us, is standing aside and getting out of the way of the natural forces at work. The stones, once balanced, will remain so unless so moved. Notes found here reflect my ongoing discoveries, surprises and reflections on getting out of the way.
